What did AI answer?

For these 8 questions the four services relied on 139 different websites. Only 10% of the websites were cited by two or more services for the same question. 24% of answers cited a comparison or listing portal, and 90% of the sources were Swiss websites.¹

No website appeared in more than 14% of answers. Agents were cited as well as property management firms, and only 24% of answers relied on a portal.
