How we measure success

Not with rankings but with shares: in how many answers to your customers’ questions does your company appear, how often is it recommended, and with which sources? We ask each question once a day per AI service and measure many different questions instead of repeats. Every figure comes with its date, the number of answers and a margin of error; failed answers are counted and reported. The details are in our method.
